The World Communion of Reformed Churches calls on all its member churches to join together for a global celebration of Reformation Sunday, using a common liturgy, joining a live stream from the Cayman Islands, and taking a special communion offering.
The Reformation Sunday liturgy focuses on the communion-wide celebration of twenty years of the Accra Confession and calls on churches to pray and advocate for just taxation by adopting the calls of the Zacchaeus Tax Campaign.
The liturgy developed by the Calvin Institute for Christian Worship is based on Psalm 146 and Hebrews 12: 1-3 or Luke 19: 1-20 and is available for download here.
This year, Reformation Sunday Worship will be live streamed from the Elmslie Church in the Cayman Islands beginning at 4 p.m. local time on our Facebook Channels.
The WCRC invites its members to promote the WCRC and support its ministries by joining the Ten Euro Campaign. More information on the campaign will be posted on our website shortly.
