The first Asian Ecumenical Women’s Assembly to be held in November 2019.

The biggest global conference on protection services and prevention of violence against women, The World Conference of Women’s Shelters, will bring together 1500 people from 120 countries this November in Taiwan.

The Church of South India conducted a two-day Child Protection Policy Dissemination Workshop at their Synod Centre in Chennai on the 22nd and 23rd of July 2019. The goal was to understand the biblical and theological affirmations related to children in the Bible.

47 people including youth, lay people and ministers from our member church – Evangelical Church of Rio de la Plata (IERP) met for a Youth Mission on July 27th and 28th 2019 to discuss how to strengthen yourth work and discern the reality of their respective congregations. This Youth Mission was organized by the ntre Ríos de la Iglesia Evangélica del Río de la Plata (IERP) – Entre Ríos District Conference of the Evangelical Church of the Río de la Plata (IERP).

Two of our member churches – the Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Chile (IEPeCH) and the Presbyterian Church (USA) – celebrated 150 years of mission partnership. A thanksgiving worship service was held on July 21st 2019 at the Sanctuary of the Unión Cristiana Presbyterian Church in Santiago, Chile. Thanks be to God for this partnership!
